FR-210 · rollerwave orientation

Roller marks must run in a consistent direction across neighbouring units in the installed condition. Check the drawing (sometimes the 3D file). If the direction must change, cancel and rotate the design — the rotate action lands with the export desk wave.

The file is read as surface #1 (external face of lite 1) and forms face-down; each lite forms at its own depth in the stack. One pose serves the whole unit — the lites must nest. Export names follow {job}_U{unit}_L{lite}. Coatings per surface feed the FR-211 export gate: a soft (sputtered low-E) coating must never meet the rollers at transition temperature — odd surfaces ride the rollers when forming face-down. Hard (pyrolytic) coatings tolerate contact.
